  • Performed lead-in-training on UBML2, FRS/FUB, and Final Line. Stepped in as repair technician at End of Line / Body Fit during severe understaffing.
  • Built a capital cost estimator for BIW automated line installs — station-level ROMs from vendor bids and historical POs covering robots, tooling, labor, and freight.

  • Owned product, project management, and operations for the new line: $0 to $32M GAAP revenue in four years, 70%+ GAAP net margin, 70+ NPS. P&L owner for nearly three years.
  • Launched legal service plans in 42 states with state departments of insurance. Designed matching, scheduling, and QA systems that connected 7,500 customers per month with 100+ attorneys.
  • Tripled the attorney lead-generation business in two years. Helped prepare S-1 materials and presented results to the board of directors.
